The house policy
[Accommodation Rules]

Only reserved persons are allowed in the accommodation. (Can be visited by a friend, but not staying in the house)

2. Vật nuôi và động vật không được phép trong nhà.
Pets and animals are not allowed in the house.

3. Thời gian nhận phòng là 3:00 chiều và thời gian trả phòng là 12:00 sáng.

4. Hút thuốc không được phép trong nhà.
Smoking is not allowed indoors.

Cancellation up to 14 days before the expected date of use or cancellation on the day of the contract: Full refund
Cancellation up to 14 days before the scheduled use date or cancellation on the contract day: Full refunded.
2. Cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled date of use: Refund after 20% deduction
Cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled use date or cancellation on the contract day: 20% deducted and refunded.
3. Cancellation up to 5 days before the scheduled date of use: Refund after 40% deduction
Cancellation up to 5 days before the scheduled use date or cancellation on the contract day: 40% deducted and refunded.
4. Cancellation up to 3 days before the scheduled date of use: Refund after deducting 60%
Cancellation up to 3 days before the scheduled use date or cancellation on the contract day: 60% deducted and refunded.
5. Cancellation up to 1 day before the scheduled date of use or cancellation on the day of use: Refund after deducting 90%
Cancellation up to 1 days before the scheduled use date or cancellation on the contract day: 90% deducted and refunded.
6. In case of unavoidable cancellation without filling the reservation period during the period of accommodation, no refund is available.
No refund will be made if the reservation is canceled inevitably during the period of use.
